The Chalet Limousin is a gite with a small (0.35h) lake. Eventhough it is possible to fish for fun, we are limited in the fish departement. We mainly have small koï carpes, mirror and commun carpes (all around 8 lbs) and a few roach (gardons in French). We ask that visiteurs use no more than 2 rods at a time and that feeder hooks be used (small hooks) to not harm the bigger fish. These fish are our babies and we take precautions to keep them happy and healthy.
We can also lend you rods, reception beds and any other fishing material you might need for our lake, just ask!
Near the Chalet there is the river Gartempe about 200m away (category 1) and the lake Pont-à-l'âge, about 25 hectares 3 km away (category 2).
